6:00am: We tried to watch Wonder Woman ’84…. we heard it was bad.
WE HAD NO IDEA HOW AWFUL IT REALLY WAS! IT WAS BAD. IT WAS SO BAD.
They probably could have fed a small country for the amount of money they wasted on it.
So we tried, and then we turned it off at about the 55 minute mark…
Yeah, Chris Pine trying on 80s fashion, boring-cliché-pandering to the female audience.
Gal Gadot is beautiful. NO DOUBT. But the acting was bad. Kristen Wigg was weird casting. Bad guy was ridiculous (much better in “Equalizer 2”). Who directed this? Oh, Patty Jenkins. And she’ll be back for Part 3 next year. KA-CHING. Make a butt load of sequel money. The new DC Comic Book movie characters and films just suck.

We did some choreboy stuff this afternoon, but we still have a lot of things to do.

And the pizza came. We fed the dogs and took them outside during a break in the rain.
And then we ate some dinner. And now we are happy and warm and full of pizza.

There were back-to-back pursuits in Los Angeles tonight! And there was a third one that didn’t get covered because it was a short one and it happened at the same time as the second. That one was nuts, Dude hit 120mph on the freeway and finally rolled the car on surface streets at the end. The first guy eventually stopped after hitting a spike strip and surrendered, but the passenger in the car had to be removed by the CHP. The third guy pulled over and surrendered too (or so we heard on “Smoke and Scan”‘s scanner.

We got dressed and went out during the 3rd Quarter.
Someone was giving away “art and office supplies, most new” on Craigslist.
And since it was only a few minutes from the Home Office we emailed her last night.
She texted us today, so we drove over and picked up a couple boxes of stuff.

Then we drove home, unloaded the boxes, and cleaned up.
We put our sweats back on and watched the end of the game.
Sorry, not sorry Green Bay Cheeseheads.
We hate Tom Brady, and we hate the Packers and their fans too.
And it’s time for the Bills and Chiefs.
Chiefs will win, but we’re rooting for the Bills to beat them.
And we would not put money on it… so Chiefs to win by 6 points is our pick (Sun 3:30pm)

The Chiefs stayed in the locker room until after the National Anthem
(as they have all season) to avoid any controversy over “taking a knee”.
We went back to bed after our morning duties were completed. We woke up.
We drank a cup of espresso and ate a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese.
We ate two slices of cold pizzas later, so we could take some medication for our back.
And we never medicate unless it’s pretty serious pain. So we took an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer and we are feeling much better, with only moderate pain, this afternoon.
It was a beautiful day today. Cool and clear after the rain had passed.
Everything feels clean.
5:40pm: Halftime. The Bills got off to a 9-0 lead in the 1st Quarter,
and now the Chiefs are winning 21-12 in the 3rd Quarter.
We took the dogs outside and then fed the dogs supper
and took the dogs outside again. They are fat and happy.
And we are not happy because the pain inner low back has returned.
It was really hard to bend over while feeding the dogs.
And we made and drank another espresso. Back in the Home Office watching the game.
And Kansas City the just kicked a field goal, so the score is now 24-12 Chiefs lead.
And the Chiefs just made a 71yard pass completion….follows up with a forward underhand TOUCHDOWN pass! Chiefs now lead 31-15 (end of 3rd Quarter)
And TOUCHDOWN CHIEFS! They now lead 38-15 in the 4th Quarter.
The Bills go down field for a Touchdown, and “try for two” after the point. And NOPE.
