We spent the night finishing and publishing our previous Blog Post, and setting this Blog Post up. We started just after midnight, then we had a cup of espresso after 6:00am and fell asleep for a few hours. The dogs got fed and went outside. We got the newspapers and the mail.
We drank another cup of espresso, spent an hour on TWITTER sending out “Traitor” memes, and now were recapping the morning. We might be getting hungry….

– When that failed, Trump incited a violent attack on the US Capitol that killed a US Capitol Police Officer (and 3 Trump insurrectionists), and an attempted coup against Congress to interfere with the counting of the Electoral College Votes, Murder VP Pence and Members of Congress. Trump watched it on television from The White House.

On August 1, 1982, Aaron was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
He received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President George W. Bush.
