ARRESTED: Police Arrest Man With Handgun and Woman Impersonating Officer Near D.C. Checkpoints. Guy Berry, 22, from Gordonsville, Virginia and Linda MaGovern, 63, from Stratford, Connecticut were arrested.
ARRESTED: Justin Stoll, 40, from Wilmington, Ohio is charged with online threats and witness tampering related to his participation in the attack on the US Capitol.
ARRESTED: Jack Jesse Griffith, 25, also known as Juan Bibiano on Facebook, from Gallatin, Tennessee. “I even helped stormed the capitol today, but it only made things worse.”
ARRESTED: Jessica Watson, 38, from Woodstock, Ohio, served with the US Army in Afghanistan and is commander of a local armed militia called the “Ohio State Regular Militia”, a unit of the Oath Keepers.
ARRESTED: Donovan Crowl, 50, from Woodstock, Ohio, served in the USMC as a helicopter mechanic on an amphibious assault ship in the Persian Gulf, in 1990. He’s a member of the Ohio Oath Keepers and the “Ohio State Regular Militia” – Crowl’s mom said “my son should face jail time.”
ARRESTED: Daniel Alan Baker, 33, of Tallahassee, Florida charged with transmitting a threat to kidnap or injure. The former soldier received a less-than-honorable discharge from the US Army after he went AWOL when his unit was deployed to Iraq.
ARRESTED: Timothy Louis Hale-Cusanelli an “avowed white supremacist & Nazi sympathizer” is a contractor at a New Jersey Naval Weapons Station and a US Army Reserves member. He admits to encouraging other members of the mob to “advance”
ARRESTED: Bryan Betancur, a self-proclaimed white supremacist “Lone Wolf Killer” from Silver Springs, Maryland, told his probation officer that he needed to travel to DC to sell Bibles. He’s now facing federal charges.
Edward Jacob Lang, 25, charged with assault for attacking a police officer with a bat, civil disorder, unlawfully entering the US Capitol and disorderly conduct. The Hudson Valley, New York man posted a picture of himself storming the Capitol with the text “THIS IS ME” across it. His post also included the finger icon pointing directly to him. In one post he wrote: “I was the leader of Liberty today. Arrest me. You are on the wrong side of history.” FBI official William Sweeney Jr. announced on Twitter: “Edward Lang is in custody for the ones he made during the assault on our Capitol.” He is charged with assaulting an officer and 3 other crimes including civil disorder. Lang also witnessed the death of Rosanne Boyland (the 34-year-old Trump supporter who was crushed to death as a the MAGA mob surged against the police).
ARRESTED: David Lester Ross, 33, from Pittsfield, formerly of Catskill, NY, charged with unlawful entry and violating curfew. He is a former member of a US Army infantry unit as well as a National Guard unit.
ARRESTED: Brandon Fellows, 26, a former grocery store worker from NY who lives in a converted school bus, posted a video showing his feet propped on a table in the office of smoking marijuana: “This one is going to get me incriminated”
ARRESTED: Chad Barrett Jones, 42, from Coxs Creek, Kentucky, used a flagpole to smash the glass panels of a door to the Speaker’s Lobby, where Ashli Babbitt was killed by Capitol Police. He’s also charged with assaulting a federal officer.
ARRESTED: Andrew Wrigley, 26, from Jim Thorpe Pennsylvania. “At the protest in DC. I went inside the capitol building and got tear gassed.”
ARRESTED: Blake A. Reed, 35, from Nashville Tennessee. In a post he wrote: “We The People have spoken and we are pissed! No antifa, no BLM… We The People took the Capitol. Democratic Tyranny will not stand!”
The vice president of the anti-gay group “Super Happy Fun America,” which organized buses to D.C. before the riots, has been arrested with a supporter of that entity, prosecutors say.
ARRESTED: Daniel Page Adams from East Texas engaged in a “direct struggle with officers attempting to prevent Adams and others from breaking the line again in an effort to encourage others to keep launching forward toward the officers” and the US Capitol building.
ARRESTED: Nicholas Moncada, 20, from Bay Terrace Staten Island, NY live-streamed himself during the deadly attack on the US Capitol. Fellow students and faculty members at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where he attends classes, identified him.
FIRED: PAUL DAVIS, an attorney in Texas, FIRED from his job as an associate general counsel and director of human resources at Goosehead Insurance in Westlake, Texas.
FIRED: Therese Duke’s identity was exposed by her 18 year old daughter. The evening before the attack on the US Capitol, she harassed and assaulted a Black female security guard who finally punched Therese in the face. Days later, Therese was fired from UMass Hospital
IN HIDING: Emily Hernandez, 20, from Sullivan, Missouri. She is seen with the splintered name plate belonging to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi during the attack at the US Capitol.
ARRESTED BY THE FBI: Riley Williams, 22, from Pennsylvania ATTACKED THE US CAPITOL! She was filmed directing rioters “up the stairs, up the stairs!” She stole Nancy Pelosi laptop computer/hard-drive and may have wanted to try to sell it to the Russians.
