“I CAN’T BREATHE!” – George Floyd
George Floyd is dead. He was murdered on video.
Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin killed him.
Chauvin was aided in this killing by three other Police Officers.
All four were fired as soon as the footage aired. After three days of protests and three nights of rioting in Minneapolis, Chauvin was finally arrested and charged with 3rd degree Murder and Manslaughter. The other officers have not been arrested yet.
A black CNN reporter and his crew were arrested by Minneapolis Police today.
This was a TARGETED ARREST In a clear violation of the FIRST AMENDMENT!
There are reports that an “Agent Provocateur” may have been involved in smashing windows at the AutoZone and starting the vandalism. And he may have been a Minneapolis Police Office! There are pictures and posts and tweets, so go find the truth.
And Trump Tweeted. Rage tweeting on drugs. He has nothing positive to contribute, just more lies, slander, and self-serving propaganda (while 101000+ US Citizens have died).
Only today, he quoted another WHITE SUPREMACIST RACIST and threatened violence.
Today’s Disgraceful Trump Tweet:
“These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen,” tweeted Trump early Friday morning. “Just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts. Thank you!”
And Taylor Swift tweeted! And so did a lot of other angry people.
NOTE: Well, we started watching the protest at about 4:00pm PST and didn’t eat dinner until after midnight because there was so much anger exploding all over the USA to see.
There was a protest in DTLA last night that turned into a six hour riot and looting party. You might not know it, because most of the network TV stations didn’t cover it live on TV, instead to get the real news you had to go online and search. And there were “protests” in many cities besides Minneapolis last night.
Okay kids, the event started before the sunset and went on until long after midnight…. yes there was some reporting and live coverage on network but really? There were 500 LAPD officers in DTLA and it was a tactical clusterf*ck. Six hours after the looting began, there were still cars and Metro buses driving through the chaos. People were running into buildings and through buildings to avoid the police. By the time the cops reponded to a location being looted, the crowd had already moved on. And they left their cop cars unguarded on the streets, so there was massive vandalism to numerous police units! The longer it went on the more people showed up to join in the anarchy, and there was no sense of urgency or coordinated response when the protesters moved onto the freeway early on… after two nights of rioting, why weren’t they prepared for this?

“What started as largely peaceful protests for George Floyd have turned to outright looting and domestic terrorism in our region. We need you to stay home tonight….Governor Walz, at our request and in partnership with our city and Mayor Carter, has just fully mobilized the Minnesota National Guard. MPD and our fire department will be assisting tonight as part of this operation.”
