The United States has elected a CRIMINAL CON MAN with no morals or ethics. Trump is ignorant and can barely read. He doesn’t know history, politics, world geography, science or correct grammar. He surrounds himself with the worst people. He has ties to Putin and Russia. He is guilty of treason, fraud and sexual assault. Trumpsters take your victory lap today, because the future doesn’t look good for people who won’t wear a red cap and everyone else. Trump belongs in prison not the White House.

12:00Noon – Oh, it’s NOON!
Noon on Thursday and it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood!
We have taken care of the dogs.
We have taken care of the newspapers and daily mail.
We are doing a load of laundry (the whites).
Do Peanut M&Ms and an espresso count as breakfast?
1:13pm We were just outside with the dogs and now we need a nap.
4:00pm So, we took a nap. It was a good nap. We needed it.
And we brought in the trashcans. Thursday is trash day.
It’s really warm here today, and it’s going to get hotter this week!
(it’s also very windy, it was last night, and it will be tonight too)
We were just out in the backyard with the dogs and it’s a beautiful day.
But it’s very bright, very bright outside in the sunlight….
We made an iced espresso and moved back inside to the Home Office.
And except for the Peanut M&Ms this morning we haven’t eaten yet. So now it’s time for lunch (well breakfast/brunch). We had breakfast for dinner last night, so maybe dinner for lunch today…. stay tuned.
Watched a couple episodes of “First We Feast – Hot Ones” on youtube and still haven’t eaten (well we did eat a fistful of mini-pretzels a little while ago). And yes, we’re hungry. And now it’s 5:45pm and time to feed the dogs again. They’re here in the office, as usual, the Big Boy is on the bed, the Little Boy is under the desk by my feet. The little girls are “on vacation” until tomorrow, so it’s just me and the two boys again tonight.
6:30pm The dogs are fed. We were outside for a while before and after.
NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS. Or, watching the news is just MORE BAD NEWS!
8:00pm We still haven’t eaten, but now it is time for food. Music from @JackieVenson Live at http://www.sweetwatermusichall.com was just what we needed this evening! BRAVA!
(No “Jeopardy” at 7:00pm tonight because of the NFL Draft, tonight it’s at 9:00pm)
The NFL Draft is happening now. The National Football League still wants to play ball.
Normally there would be a huge week long party in Las Vegas and lots of televised coverage and promotion, this year LAS VEGAS IS CLOSED! And everything is online.
They still don’t know if there will be a 2020 season….
despite what the Owners and Trump want, this is not going to be over by August!
THEY WILL LOSE SO MUCH MONEY IF THERE IS NO FOOTBALL SEASON!
And Disney is currently saying they probably won’t reopen the theme parks until 2021.
9:30pm And we cooked and ate our dinner (we’ve been eating one meal a day for a week)
On The Menu: Chili and cheese burrito with avocado, chopped onion, and salsa verde!
11:30pm After dinner we played with the dogs and took them outside, did a little grooming on the Little Boy, and we just put them to bed for a little while, so we can finish this Blog Post and do a few household chores.
The Muslim holiday of Ramadan begins today (April 23) at sundown.
And ends on May 23rd. (“Thirty Days in the Hole! Thirty Days in the Hole!”)

and give him the verses of the Quran.
Muslims must abstain from food and drink between sunrise and sunset for 30 days! Fasting also includes any and all addictive substances such as smoking, vaping, shisha and smokeless tobacco. Fasting is a sign of spiritual devotion and connection with other Muslims. During daylight hours, they are not even permitted to consume water. Kissing is not forbidden, but they are supposed to abstain from intimacy during the day while fasting. And after sundown, anything goes!

We might have slept. We might not have slept.
We were up really early today with a plan.
8:00am We went to the market this morning at 6:00am to avoid the crowd. Because last time we went, there were just too many people and not enough space. There were a lot fewer people at 6:30am, but there were still guys stocking the aisles and a lot of people (customers and employees) moving around in close proximity to each other. And the checkout cashier was wearing his mask wrong (the under the nose, not covering the nose, which is the reason to wear the mask)!
TOO MUCH STRESS INVOLVED! Could not wait to get out of there. So we came home, sanitized everything, put it all away, and then took the dogs outside and then fed them.
Oh, and it was HOT. In the 90s today where we live.
We slept for awhile and wasted most of the day away. We also did a load of laundry.
We made breakfast-lunch around Noon.
On The Menu: Toasted egg bagel with cream cheese, bacon, strawberries, raspberries, red grapes, and an espresso.
10:00pm Tiki Tiki Tiki! We just finished a Tonga Hut Zoom Party! Tiki Tiki Tiki!
This was fun! Our fourth Zoom experience. This one with maximum (50) people and no moderator/leader to speak of, so it was kind of a free-for-all, just like at a bar. Most everyone was dressed for a Tiki party and had a cocktail or three during the chat session. ALOHA! And Good Shabbos! Be well! Stay healthy!
We made dinner at 11:00pm.
