CORONAVIRUS! Part 23 – Happy Earth Day! (Wed)

Wednesday, April 22, 2020 – EARTH D-DAY 2020! (50 Years later)
A beautiful day in Los Angeles today!
And it’s going to be beautiful and warm all week!
1:30pm Did some stuff, started very early, fed the dogs, got the newspapers.
Went back to bed, woke up, got the mail, took the dogs outside, went back to bed.
Woke up, played with the dogs outside, did some more tree trimming “gardening” and cleaned up the dog poop. Then took a shower and now we are ready to go back to bed.
5:00pm We took a little nap, woke up and took the dogs outside.
There was a police pursuit and freeway standoff, so we watched that for an hour.
The gardener and the pool guy came. We took the dogs outside again.
And now it’s almost time to feed them again. We still haven’t eaten today.
We added this pic because he is just the FASHION STATEMENT! That hat, which he threw onto the other side of the freeway later, and that orange fanny pack, with no shirt!
And at least he’s wearing a mask, because you know, you want to be safe.
7:00pm Watching “Weir Wednesdays” on nugs.

The dogs are taken care of now. They have been outside and they are fed.
Big Boy is asleep on the bed. Little Boy is under the desk chewing a bone.
And it’s time for “Jeopardy”.
One more forced lockdown day done, and now it is nighttime.
Time for FOOD.
11:00pm We made some food and ate it all. Apparently we were hungry.
On The Menu: Breakfast for Dinner! And Dinner was Breakfast! 2 eggs over medium, bacon, toasted PB&J sandwich, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, red grapes, avocado, celery, cran-raspberry-pineapple-orange juice, and an iced espresso.
THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY DOES NOT NEED A BAILOUT.
THE HOTEL INDUSTRY DOES NOT NEED A BAILOUT.
THE CRUISE LINES DO NOT NEED AND DO NOT DESERVE A BAILOUT!

The CoronaVirus has hit the HOMELESS population! (as predicted)
57 positive tests today in just one shelter on SKID ROW in DOWNTOWN L.A.!
The Homeless don’t trust the government testing sites – so not many getting tested.
There is no way to track them. There is no way for them to self-isolate.
Many don’t believe there’s a virus, some don’t even know that people are dying, some don’t care, and some are so mentally ill or addicted they won’t ever know.
