Why did they wait to get new test kits from Roche? (~400000 available soon)

At Trump’s White House Rose Garden news conference on Friday, executives from Target, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens said they would provide space in some of their parking lots for drive-through testing locations. AND YES, TRUMP LIED AGAIN!
Saturday morning Trump hijacked Pence’s Press Conference and went off the rails again, praising himself, his cronies, the great job he was doing, BLAH BLAH BLAH!
TOTAL BULLSH*T! He says he’s responsible for the stock market bump…..
(it’s just “pumped up” at closing on Friday, watch what happens on Monday)
The “TrumpVirus” Timeline:
January 22: “We have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China. It’s going to be just fine.”
February 2: “We pretty much shut it down coming in from China.”
February 24: “The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA… Stock Market starting to look very good to me!”

NOTE: The House passed the economic relief bill for the coronavirus 363-40 on Friday.
It will provide billions for paid sick leave, unemployment insurance, free testing,
and other measures to help those people impacted by this emergency.
Trump’s European “Travel Ban” added the United Kingdom and Ireland on Saturday.
The other Cruise Companies have cancelled all sailings.
The airlines have cancelled most international flights and are cancelling
and/or changing capacity on domestic flights.
Trump has mentioned a possible “domestic travel ban” more than once.
Las Vegas hotels and casinos are closing their restaurants, buffets, clubs, and spas.
Conventions are cancelling. Major Ski Resorts are closing for the duration.
Museums (including all of the Smithsonian Institute museums) and Zoos are closing.
All sporting events, concerts, major events, music festivals, parades and parties:
Everything is CLOSED, Cancelled or Postponed until April at the earliest…..
even the Los Angeles Card Clubs and Casinos are closing for the duration.
THE UNITED STATES WAS UNPREPARED FOR THIS DISASTER!
There hasn’t been enough testing (if any at all) to get accurate numbers, information, and/or correct data on the number of people already infected!
As of March 14, Only ~15000 people have been tested so far,
according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
“Marc Lipsitch, who directs the Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics at Harvard’s School of Public Health, says testing is needed at emergency rooms in every major metro area across the country. That would offer statistically significant sampling to get reliable estimates on how many Americans actually have the coronavirus”
Hospitals are not prepared!
There is no vaccine and no cure for Coronavirus.
They do not have tests. If they do have tests, they don’t have enough.
They don’t have enough protective equipment for their staff.
Sh*t, THEY DON’T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF!
They don’t have proper procedures for dealing with an outbreak like this!
But DON’T PANIC! WASH YOUR HANDS!
