Here is some Good Advice and wisdom: (ripped from the interweb)
Too often we’re too worried about what others think.
You can’t control what other people think of you.
What other people think about you is none of your business!

Don’t complain about getting older, not everyone gets the privilege.
Don’t confuse intelligence with maturity.

Always appreciate your friendships. You fall in and out of love, friendship is a constant.
Develop LOVE constantly.
Keep moving forward, even if you have to take baby steps, even if you have to pause…
just don’t go back!
Do you know why thoroughbred horses wear blinders?
Because they have to run their own race. Concentrate on that.
Focus on endurance.
Unsolicited advice should be taken with a grain of salt.
Don’t give unsolicited advice, and don’t accept unsolicited advice from others.

There’s no step too small. Just try to accomplish one thing per day.
Some days accept that the one thing will be taking a shower.
Commitment to both the internal and external is vital to achieving…
for one can not truly flourish without the other.
You are your own worst enemy. Be your own best friend instead.

Be as compassionate to yourself as you are to your loved ones.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
Wait to worry.
Admit your mistakes.
Don’t put other people out. Don’t let them down.
If someone is going to be inconvenienced by your actions, let that someone be you.

Live for more than yourself.
It is okay to accept help.
