UPDATE 18 Sept 2015: The new In-N-Out Burger at the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford, the first in Oregon, opened this week. I drove by when I was in town (not open yet) and it was a total tease. Now open 10:30am-1am daily (1:30am on Fridays and Saturdays).
