Dinner at last!
On the Menu: Baby green salad with artichoke and goat cheese, bread and butter, filet mignon, vegetables, Canyon Road Cabernet Sauvignon red wine, a couple cokes, and a killer dessert: chocolate covered devilsfood cake with a cream center (basically a chocolate covered ding dong) and coffee.
Between the salad and entree courses, there were speeches, “thank you’s” and supplier presentations. And after dessert everyone won a raffle prize (a bonus commisssion on a future sale of one of the vendor’s property or tour….)
A nice event, a very nice dinner, but it went on way too long!
